Common settings: paths

You can't change standard paths at online version because at the other case script can't fine correct path and builder can't create correct html-code.

But at the offline version you should type at the fields bellow correct paths to SDK and CodeThatMenu script.

Also you should specify path to Styles file (CSS) and Images directory.
